The erm.. "cautious" opening bat came out this season a changed man and from the word go, the superlite Kookaburra could be seen flashing about, being involved in all manner of extravagant shots. A stylish 60 against Tichbourne Park, 35 against Penton,and numerous other important cameos ensured that this year Lee is well up amongst the runs, scoring 252 at 15.75. Lee also has proved to be the most loyal Idler and played the maximum 16 matches last season. "The Cat", was also the natural selection for the coveted 1st slip position and didn't disappoint, fitting in some gravity-defying acrobatics resulting in pitch-wide applause/hysterics. One of Lee's greatest moments was when he was seen asleep on the pitch, nursing historys worst hangover.Classic stuff.
