Speed demon Roddy Barnett is one of the Idlers quicks, probably keeping up with Jimmy "The Harnham Express" Williams. Roddy was at university in Edinburgh between the years of 2001 - 2005 so his appearances have been limited but when he has played he has shown the true meaning of a number 11. A sharp bowler with a number of deliveries including a superb inswinging yorker, his bowling average and economy rate are always very low and would definately be a first team regular if available. His batting, as you may guess, is not really worth a mention, but as I have started, his run total is 0 from 5 games.
